당신의 가슴은 죽어 사라져버린 줄 알았던

모든 마음 간직된 곳

그곳은 사랑이 지배하여 사랑의 모든 아름다움과 

땅속에 묻힌 줄 알았던 모든 친구들 깃들어있구나  

숭고한 사랑이 얼마나 많이 내 눈에서 

경건하고 엄숙한 눈물을 훔쳐갔던가

죽은 자에게 지불한 눈물이건만

단지 자리를 옮겨 당신 가슴에 숨어 있었구나

당신은 내 가버린 친구들의 화환으로 장식된

땅에 묻힌 사랑 부활하는 무덤이니

그들이 내게 주었던 몫 모두 당신에게 향하고

많은 사람의 사랑 이제 오직 당신 만의 것이구나

내가 사랑했던 그들의 모습 이제 당신에게서 보니

당신은 그들 모두와, 내 모두를 소유하는구나  

Thy bosom is endeared with all hearts

Which I, by lacking, have supposed dead;

And there reigns love, and all love’s loving parts,

And all those friends which I thought buried.

How many a holy and obsequious tear

Hath dear religious love stol'n from mine eye

As interest of the dead, which now appear

But things removed that hidden in thee lie.

Thou art the grave where buried love doth live,

Hung with the trophies of my lovers gone,

Who all their parts of me to thee did give;

That due of many now is thine alone.

  Their images I loved I view in thee,

  And thou, all they, hast all the all of me.
